ICP has recently had its Private Investment Fund Manager registration approved by the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC). AMAC is a self-regulatory organisation that represents the mutual fund industry of China. As of May 2013, the total number of members in AMAC was 370, including fund management companies, banks, local equity associations, insurance companies, trusts, QFIIs, and private equity firms.
