ICP has recently invested into Tecore Synchem, a Chinese spin-off from a Japanese developer of materials for semiconductor, optoelectronic, and other industry applications. ICP is the first institutional investor into the business, and the investment is being used to fund acquisitions. Post-investment, ICP will source overseas acquisition targets, as well as providing strategic assistance regarding entering new markets.
